All quizzes, question banks, and exam simulations on CertVanta are originally authored and fully owned by Dill Tech LLC. We do not provide essay or paper mill services, ghostwriting, or resell any third-party proprietary exam materials.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of King County, WA.

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of CertVanta shall be resolved through binding arbitration, rather than in court. The arbitration will be conducted in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA) and take place in King County, Washington. Both parties waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.

If for any reason a claim proceeds in court rather than arbitration, the claim shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in King County, Washington. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
